The movie will detail events that take place between seasons six and seven, something that is usually saved for shorts on the show's DVD boxed sets. Further details on the movie are still under wraps, including its format; 24 hinges on its "real time" presentation, which sees each episode (24 total) of each season represent one hour of time in a day.
